GINGER CONES Melt together 3oz butter, 3oz honey, then add 3 2 0 z castor sugar and 3' 2 oz plain flour, teaspoon ground ginger, 2 teaspoons very finely chopped crystallized ginger and 2 teaspoons lemon juice or brandy. Place in teaspoonfuls on a well-greased baking tray a little apart as they spread. Bake in a moderate oven until a golden brown, remove from oven and allow to cool a little, then form into a cone shape. When ready to serve, fill with whipped cream to which is added a little finely-chopped crystallized ginger.
