AUSTRALIAN-MADE' RECORDS « •‘VOCAIJON” SHARES. One of the most interesting investments of recent years is revealed in the announcement of the formation of Vocalion (Australasia) Ltd. for the purpose of taking over the already well-established factory of Vocalion (Foreign) Ltd., a subsidiary company of the Vocalion Gramophone Co., Ltd., London. This is the first time that the people of New Zealand have been given an opportunit” of participating in the handsome returns shown in the gramophone industry to-day. A study of the London Stock Exchange reports shows that the average dividends declared by the three leading English companies have been not less than forty per cent. per. annum over a period of three years. The Directors of Vocalion (Australasia) Ltd. are now offering the ordinary shares at 5/- each and the eight per cent, cumulative participating preference shares at £1 each. Copies of the prospectus may be obtained from the company’s broker, Campbell Paterson, P.O. Box 1206, Auckland, or any licensed sharebroker. —Advt.

No. For two days and one night the staff battled with those millions, and the accountant stated subsequently that a badly-written figure “2” had been mistaken for “3.” WOODS’ GREAT PEPPERMINT CURE.
