NEW TELEPHONE SERVICE.

(British Official Wireless.) Rugby, May 31

The Postmaster-General, Mr H. B. LeesSmith, announces the establishment from June 2 of a public telephone service between this country and Esthonia. Communication will be limited at the outset to calls between subscribers in the London telephone area and subscribers in Reval.
