PLEA OF GUILTY

DRUNK IN CHARGE OF CAR.

Wanganui, June 2,

Pleading guilty to charges of drunkenness in charge of a motor car, and breaking a Prohibition order, Edward Pask, who appeared before Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M., today, was fined £5O and his license endorsed. The penalty was imposed in respect of the first charge, accused being convicted and discharged on the second count. Pask is a sawmiller of Te Awamutu and counsel stated that the use of a car was essential to his business.
