INVERCARGILL CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP. • The second round of the Invercargill Club’s championship, was played at Otatara on Saturday. The results for the two rounds are as follows:—
In the next round C. A. Masters plays O’Dowda, Cochrane plays Thompson, Cuthill plays Tangney, Mangan plays Wish.' O’Dowda and H. E. Seddon played off for eighth place, O’Dowda winning. Junior. In the junior championship the scores for both rounds and the totals were:
In the next round McHarg plays McCarthy, Russell plays Hewat, Smith plays Grenfell, Thomas plays Yates. In this section the leading scorers several who tied with 172 played off for the final order by which the next round was arranged. Medal Match.
