NAVAL TREATY
MOTION BY MR BALDWIN.

(Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, May 29. The Government has reserved a day next week for a debate in the House of Commons on a motion by Mt Baldwin proposing that a select committee of eleven members should be appointed to examine and report on the proposals contained in the Naval Treaty.
