RAILWAY AUTHORITIES’ OFFER. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 12.50 a.m.) Tokio, May 29. With a view to relieving increasing congestion among the unemployed in Tokio, the railway authorities are offering free transport to those willing to return to their country home towns.
