London, May 28.

The Empire Congress of Chambers of Commerce met to decide on the meeting place for 1933. Canada, Australia, the West Indies and New Zealand extended official invitations,. and after considerable discussion all others withdrew in favour of New Zealand, which was then unanimously selected.
