A FINE TRIBUTE.
(Per United Press Association.) Auckland, May 28. A fine tribute to the New Zealand police force was paid by the Rev. Jasper Calder, Auckland City Missioned He said they were always willing to co-operate in giving a first offender a chance. He never came across a case in which a decent young man who had made a slip had been hounded down. Often a police official and even a constable would give financial help to a first offender,
