MOTORIST CHARGED WITH J>EG LICENCE. SEQUEL TO FATALITY. I (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, May 22. The sequel of the fatal accident in which Mr and Mrs Cook lost their lives in the Ngahauranga Gorge when a car went over the bank after a collision was heard in the Magistrate’s Court. The driver of the other car was charged with negligently driving a car, thereby causing the death of two persons. The date of the accident was April 13.

Accused was committed for trial.
