MARKET VERY ACTIVE.
(United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 9.20 p.m.) Sydney, May 27. At the wool sales the offering totalled 9,526 bales, of which 8,998 were sold, also 427 privately. There was a very active market with strong Continental competition. Values were firm at late rates. Greasy Merino made to 20Jd.
