SUPPORT FOR PENNY POSTAGE. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) London, May 26. The Empire Chambers of Commerce Congress by a large majority passed a resolution that the time had arrived for the reintroduction of penny postage throughout the Empire. Mr William Machin (Christchurch, New Zealand) moved that the federation’s council should do its utmost to foster the film industry promoting Imperial interests. This was carried unanimously.
