UNEMPLOYMENT MEMORANDUM.
(United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) London, May 26. Mr Snowden informed Viscount Wolmer in the House of Commons that the Government did not intend to publish Sir Oswald Mosley’s unemployment memorandum as it would be an undesirable precedent to publish Cabinet documents.
