DEPARTURE FOR HONG KONG.

(Rec. 5.5 p.m.) London, May 25. With the mysterious mother ship Medway, four submarines of the improved Oxley type left Portsmouth for Hong Kong where they are forming a flotilla of 18 which is the largest and most powerful in the world.
