ALL NATIONS FAIR
SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDED.
LIST OF PRIZE-WINNERS.
The All Nations Fair was brought to a most successful termination on Saturday evening, the Victoria Hall being densely packed with patrons eager to acquire bargains in every class of goods from the homely potato and cabbage and bacon for Sunday’s dinner, to artistic lamp shades and furnishings for the home, not forgetting handmade wearing apparel for baby, maid and matron and sweets for young and old. Th? amusement parlours did a roaring business and Professor Blanc was overwhelmed with patrons. In the early part of the evening a detachment of boys from the Marist Brothers’ School gave a graceful exhibition of marching and rendered several musical items which were greatly appreciated. Towards the end of the night the Copper Top Minstrels put on some clever turns which gave pleasure to all. At 10.45 p.m. a number of raffles were drawn on the stage under the supervision of Sergeant Abel, the winning marbles being drawn from the barrel by a wee tot of some five- summers who took her duties very seriously. The winning numbers will be advertised in to-morrow’s papers. The winners of the various competitions held during the Fair are as follows, prizes being obtainable at Victoria Hall from 3 p.m. to-day, and on and after to-morrow afternoon at Mr Grace’s shop in Dee street. ■ _ , „ T.
