20 JUMP FROM PLANE ALL REACH THE EARTH SAFELY WORLD’S RECORD CLAIMED (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 9.35 p.m.) ■ Vancouver, May 19. The world’s record for massed parachute jumping was established over Roosevelt Field when 20 men left the cabin and wing of a twin-motored aeroplane, while a crowd of 5000 watched. The jumpers came out of the cabin so fast that they were all in the air together. All landed safely. Armand Lisette, a cinema photographer, who had taken up a position out on the wing, kept his camera grinding as his fellow junipers shot downwards. He then jumped himself, and continued making pictures as he too floated down to the earth. Henry Bushmeyer was the last to leap from the plane. He made a delayed jump, and fell several thousand feet before opening his parachute. He caught up with the others before they reached the ground.
