ACCUSED ADMITTED TO PROBATION. (Per United Pre® Association.) Wellington, January 17. Ernest Dilteve Pederson was admitted to 12 months’ probation for stabbing Stanley John Wells, the trainer of the boxer Jamito. Evidence was to the effect that Pederson was having an altercation with a friend when Wells interfered and struck accused, who stabbed Wells with a pocket knife.
