FIRST NOTES PRINTED. (Rec. 7.10 p.m.) Brussels, January 16. The first notes bearing the name of the new currency Belgas have been printed. They are ordinary five hundred franc notes inscribed “one hundred Belgas.”—A. and N.Z.
