ANOTHER CHARGE AGAINST MR DANIELS. QUARREL WITH ADMIRALS. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian ami N.Z. Cable Association). WASHINGTON, Juno 2G. (Received June 27, 0.0 p.m.) Rear-Admiral Decker, in a letter in a service magazine, charges Me Daniels that he tried to break Admiral-- Sims, Fulhim, and Fiske because they would not permit the demoralisation and degration of the Navy. Mr Daniels, in testimony before the Senate Investigation Committee, stated that this was intentional and deliberate misrepresentation of the acts of the admirals.
