CHINA AND JAPAN
SOUTHERN TROOPS FIRE ON JAP WARSHIP. (By Telegraph,—Press Assn. —Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) TOKIO, June 19. The Navy Department has issued a statement. that Southern troops entering Changsha fired on the Japanese warship Fushimi wounding two men. The Fushimi was forced to reply, causing casualties among the Chinese.
