'VT’OTTCT is hereby given that pursuant to the Provisions of "The River Boards Act, 1905,” and “The Local Bodies Lotuts Act, 1913,” the Waimatuku River Board has resolved to prnreed to raise a Isaan of £S()00 for the purpose of rarrymg out improvements tn straightening, deepening, widening and embanking the Waimatuku Stream from its mouth throughout its length within the district; also for acquiring any necessary machinery for the execution of such work, and for paying the costs of the Engineer.
