SALE OF LIQUOR
BILLIARD SALOON KEEPER FINED. (Per United Press Association.) T1 MARI', June 17. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Sydney Wilkes, billiard room keeper at Pareora, was convicted and fined £SO for illicit sales of beer. The conviction was brought alwut by visits of a strange constable in plain clothes.
