(Received June 17, 11 p.m.i The American Federation of Labour convention at Montreal adopt**:! a resolution demanding that the United States Congress cancel the "gentlemen's agreement with Japan, and exclude all Orientals specifically picture brides. The ronventinu rejected a permanent voluntary arbitration board, and condemned the American Court of Industrial Relation* and all forms of compulsory arbitration. It was decided to fight to a finish against anti-strike legislation.
