The second vessel will probably be launched at the end of October. The progress thus far is that the double-bottom framework has been complete*! and the shell bottom and lank top are practically complete, while the side frames are onethirc complete. A start has been made with the building up of toe first tier of beans. The third vessel is also well forwarr, and should lie launched at the beginning of 1021.
