ALLEGED ASSAULT
CHARGE AND COUNTERCHARGE. AN INTERESTING CASE, An unusual amount of in' mast was displayed in an assault case which came on for hearing before Mr G. Cruickshe.nk. S.M.. at the Police Court yesterday morning. Max (.harles Bernhard Pulling was charged with assaulting Frede-rick dames Piakie by kicking him iu the abdomen with Ids boor.
