(Received .bine 15, 9.50 p.m.i The New York World publishes a telegram from Washington stating that Mr Marcellus Parsons and other passengers on the Ventura telegraphed to the State Department asserting that Archbishop Mannix failed to stand while the ‘Star Spangled Jiannei" was played on board the Ventura in Honolulu harbour. It is understood that the matter is being investigated. Archbishop Mannix’s version of the incident has not vet been received.
