To the Editor. Sir, —I am pleased to notice that “Iona” gives the Province of Ulster great praise for what she has done. From what he says in regard to Ulster’s past achievements it is perfectly dear that site is justly entitled to a separate Parliament. After studying all ‘Tona's” arguments it seems quite clear that to cut Ireland into two federal States is the only way to solve the Irish Home Rule problem.—l am etc., “A SOUTH BRITON.” June S.
