(Received June 10, 7.35 p.m.) At the tallow auctions 1608 casks were oflcred. No bids were received. LONDON WOOL SALES. LONDON, June 9. (Received June 10, 7.35 p.m.t At the wool sales prices were unchanged. There have been heavy withdrawals of crossbred clothing sorts. The offerings for the next two series will be reduced to 90,000 bales at each. LEAD IMPORTS AND EXPORTS. LONDON, June 9. Lead imports total 14,568 tons, the Australian portion being 6256 tons, and the exports 3317 tons. TAUPIRI COAL-MINES, LTD. The balance-sheet of the Taupiri Coal Mines Co. for the year ended March 31 last, shows a net profit of £12,104 13/7, making, with £lsi2 16/7 brought forward, £13,677 10/2 available for distribution. A dividend of 8 oer cent, on preference shares absorbed £1584 4/0; 71 per cent, on ordinary’ shares, £9075; and £2OOO was transferred to the Accident Reserve Fund, the remainder, £lOlB 5/S, being carried forward.
