CONSTANTINE HOPEFUL OF RESTORATION. ROME, June 4. (Received June 4, 8.25 p.m.) Constantine in an interview said he hoped and believed that Greece would recall ham. He says ho never abdicated and the forthcoming elections will reject M. Venizelos and insist on his (Constantine’s) restoration.
