Sir, —In your columns I observed an advertisement calling a meeting of the above society on Friday night with the object of reviving the society's annual festival and on behalf of the competitors, I would respectfully appeal to those citizens who have the welfare of this town at heart to attend the meeting and give the executive every assistance to boost the cempetitions.—l am, elC '’ COMPETITOR.
