McCaughan, Garston, £.5 with costs 7/-; A. McLean. Garston, £5 with costs 7/-; P. A. McLaince, Garston, £5 with costs 7/-; G. Wraight, Garston, £.5 with costs 7/-; .1. Walker, Mossburn, £3 with costs 7/; A. Daw-on. .Mossburn, £2 with costs 7/-; T. White, Athol, was convicted and ordered ,o come up fur penalty in two months if ins property was not then in a satisfactory’ condition. The prosecutions were conducted by the rabbit inspector, Mr Sands, assisted by Messrs Graham and Wilson, inspectors. EXPOSING LICE-AFFECTED SHEEP. In the following cases, in which the defendants were ch aifed with exposing sheep affected with lice at the public saleyards, fines were imposed as under:— M. Gallagher, Matukui, £3 with costs 7/-; ,1. McArthur, Lumsden Hills, £1 with costs 7/-; D. McDonald, Balfour, 10/- with costs 7/-. Mr Graham, stock inspector, of Invercargill, conducted the prosecutions.
