SNOW IN CANTERBURY
HEAVY FALL IN HIGH COUNTRY’. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH. May 28. Last night snow fell heavily on the higher levels in Canterbury’. At Cheviot the fall was six inches. The Peninsula hills are capped with snow.
