At the 1019 and 1020 Dominion Rifle Association inertings hj" was runnor-up for the Championship Rifle Beit. The proposal that he should bo sent to Risky emanated from Marlborough, and the necessary funds for the purpose were .subscribed in that province. Rifleman West sailed by the Tofua for San Francisco to-night, and will proceed to England via the United States.
