At a meeting of dairymen held to-night the following resolution was carrier] : “That this meeting regrets the attitude taken up by the Board of Trade in trying to fix the price of milk below cost price in the winter months, and are determined to stand firm that the price shall not be below Is Gd per gallon from May 1 to October X, and that they are anxious that the Board of Trade should send some expert dairymen quite disinterested to enquire thoroughly into the cost of production on the farm.”
