(Received May 19, , 12.45 a.m.) Sinn Feiners broke up a meeting of the Clare County Council, kidnapping three councillors and carrying them off in motor cars. The Londonderry magistracy are taking drastic measures to quell the riots in the city. The public houses are closed at 4 o’clock. A large force of troops has arrived and is throwing a cordon round the affected areas.
