BOOKMAKER HEAVILY FINED. (Per United Press Association.) BUILDING, May 12. The Magistrate, Mr .1. L. Stout, this morning in a written judgment convicted William .(ones of carrying on the business of a bookmaker. Jones was fined £2UO, being £IOO on each of two charges.
