SPRUNG RIVETS

(Per United Press Association.) DUNEDIN, May 12. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Waiinate, from London, arrived here to-day leaking into the bilge;-,, but the bilge pumps were able to control the inflow. The services of a diver were requisitioned, when it was found that one or two rivets forward had sprung. The damage has been repai red.
