A ROYAL MESSAGE.

Speaking at a welcome, General Booth, read a message from the King congratulating the people of Australia and New Zealand upon the splendid part they played in the war, and hoping to hear of their continued struggle against sorrow, misery and sin. The King states that he is deeply convinced that strengthening Christianity is tho true hope for the maintenance and spread of our civilisation. Without Christianity our civilisation and all it embraces must fail
