ADMINISTRATIVE APPOINTMENTS. (Per United Press Association.) i WELLINGTON, May i. The Gazette notifies that the following have been appointed to the Legislative Council of Western Samoa:—The holders for the time being of the offices of Chief Judge, Commissioner of Crown Estates, Treasurer and Secretary of Native Affairs, with Messrs Keeling, Tattersall, and Syddall. Colonel Tate is appointed Administrator, and Mr H. McK. Watson Chief [ Judge. I Other appointments are; Mr Woodward, i Commissioner of the High Court; Mr Cotton, Secretary of Native Affairs; Mr Tennent, Treasurer; Mr Beaglehole, Director of Education; Mr Carter, Chinese Commissioner ; and Mr J. C. Hill, Commissioner of Police.
