DMACRORIE is favored with instructions • from the several vendors to sell by public auction, at the Southland Club, at 11 a.m. on Friday, the 12th December, being the day after tho Show of the Agricultural and Pastoral Association, the following FIRST-CLASS FREEHOLD PROPERTIES— 1. — The well-known establishment of Mr T. M' William, known as the WINTON HOTEL, together with the goodwill of a rapidly increasing and permanent trade arising from the undoubted prosperity of the finest agricultural country around. Established by the vendor ten years ago, it is now one of the most remunerative and respectable upcountry trade connections in the Province of Otago, and reluctantly relinquished by tjie proprietor solely on account of ill-health in his family.
