■ ♦ (Before H. M'Culloch, Esq., R.M.) TtnssDAT, December 2. John M Kenzie, for allowing one horse to stray within the boundaries of the municipality, was finer! 5s and 7a 6i costs ; and O. H. Clark, for allowing two horses to stray, was fined 5s for each hors°, ami 7s 6 1 cost?. Wearing v. Davies. — For the plaintiff Mr Harvry ; Vlr Wade for the defendant. This case, wliuh was a claim for recovery of wages, had been adjourned from the 18th ult, ; and at the request of plaintiff's counsel it was further adjourned till the 16th inst.
