DMACRORIE i^ favored with instructions s from the several vendors to sell by public Mwe'ion, at the Southland CluS, at Jl a.m. on Friday, the 12th December, being the day after tho Show of tho Agricultural and Pastoral Association, the following FIRST-CLASS FREEHOLD PROPERTIES— 1. — The well-known establishment of Mr T. M' William, known asthe WINTON HOTEL, together with the goodwill of a rnpilly incre isms and permanent trade arising from the undoubted prosperity of the finest agricultural country around. Established by | the vendor ten years ago, it is now one of the most remunerative and respectable upcountry trade connections in the Province of Otago, and reluctantly relinquishe-d by the proprietor solely on account of ill-health in his family. The dwelling is in good repair, and commodious, the outhouses, &c, most complete, and the site unexceptionable, as the owner commands more than one market, the property being in close proximity to the Woodlands township, the Kailway Station, and the Meat Preserving Works.
