(Before H. M'Culloch, Esq., R.M.) 'JUESDAY, NOVKMBEB 18. Welch v. iSoulh. — Adjourned until the 16th Dpt'pmber. Wearing v. Davies. — Owing to the ab ence of e^ idence, and in order to allow time for its arrival, this caso was also adjourned till the 2nd of December. Martin o. Murray. — For the plaintiff Mr Wadu, Mr Ilarvey for the defendant. This was a case in which the plaintiff claimed £21 Os 41 as auctioneer's withdrawal commission on property placed in his hands for sale bj defendant. Mr Wade rea I a letter of instructions given by defendant to plaintiff ; and Mr Harvey said that in the face of tbe evidence contained in that letter, of the existence of which he had been till that moment utterly unaware, it would be useless for him to take up the time of the Court. Ho would consent to admit judgment fur plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff, £18 18a lOd, and costs, £3 7s.
