WRITTEN offers will be received by the undersigned, until the Bth of November, for the purchase of the property of Mr Wm. Dawson, jun., known as Mary Bank, and situated at Oteramika. The property contains 430 acres, all substantially fenced, and divided into five paddocks. There are 50 acres of first-class bush, principally totara, out of which very little timber has been taken. There are 2CO acres broken up, with 50 acres under crop this season, nearly the whole of the remainder of the 200 acres being under English grass. The outhouses, consisting of stable, barn, milking shed, &c, are complete in every respect, and in thorough working order. The property is well watered, being traversed by two never-failing streams, and is within one mile of the Woodlands station of the Invercargill and Mataura railway, the Meat Preserving Works, a Government School, and Presbyterian Church. This very desirable property is one of the earliest selections in the Southland district, and is generally acknowledged to be one of the choicest farms in that part of the Province. J.
