_ .» _ (Before H. M'Culloch, Esq., R.M.) MOMDAT, OCTOBEE 20. David Waddel, on remand, charged with an indecent assault on Teresa Shields, was defended by Mr Harvey. Prosecutrix and two witnesses were examined, and the accused was committed for tiial before the Supreme Court.
