And Hotice is further given, that any appeals against the assessment may be lodged at the Town Clerk's Office, Kelvin street (where blank forms may be had), on or before the 22nd day of September, and a copy of each notice of appeal must be delivered by the appellant to the Clerk of the District Court, Invercargill, six clear days before the day to be appointed for hearing any appeals. .
