NOTICE is hereby given that no sufficient # number of the creditors of Bernhard Berndtson, of Orepuki, in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, Goldminer, a Bankrupt, having attended the adjourned meeting of creditors this day, held at the District Court Office at Invercargill, in the Province aforesaid, the Provisional Trustee in Bankruptcy became, and now is, sole Trustee in the estate of the said Bankrupt.
