London", July 19. The wool sales opened on the 10th, with 200,000 bales, of which 65)0 were offered. The attendance both of home and foreign buy era was good, and the bidding spirited throughout. Crossbreds declined one pennj at the opening of the sale, but have since improved. At the close of the sales an advance of one penny was established for average, and twopence to threepence for superior COmbiUgS. The next wool aales will be held on 2nd October. Tallow is dull. New Zealand Consolidated fives, hlo4<\. The New Zealand 4 per cent, loan for L 200.000 was a failure, owing to the minimum being fixed at LlO5. Hemp is lower. Money is easier. Discount, 4^ per cent. Adelaide wheat, 60s to 62*. The export of the Californian harvest is estimated at 600,000 tons. Breadstuff* are firmer. Arrived. — Agues Muir, Celseno, Cissy.
