The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of the " Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865 ;" bear interest at the rate of six per centum per annum, payable halfyearly, at the option of any purchaser, in either London, Melbourne, or Dunedin; and are secured on the City Bates.
