SUPREME COURT.

IN BANKRUPTCY. (Before W. Stuart, Esq., Eegistrar.) William PicJtford appeared for last examina-tion:*-''Mr Matthews,- for bankrupt, applied for - discharge. There was no opposition, aud the trusteed report being satisfactory, discharge was granted. JaitKS Shirley came ,up for last examination. Mr Matthews, for bankrupt, applied for discharge. " There was no opposition; but the trustee's report 'not being satisfactory, and the trustee not being- .present, the hearing was adjourned to the 21st July; •- ■ William Birchall — Last examination. Mr Matthews appeared lor bankrupt, Ml\ Wade for the trustee and several ot' the creditors. Mr Wade objected to the examination on the ground that the statement required by the 112 th section of the Bankruptcy Act had not been filed ten days before the date first | appointed for the last examination. Mr Matthews contended that as the statement had been filed ten days before the adjourned examination, the rules had been sufficiently complied , with. The Court concurred in this yiew. Owing to the absence of a report from the trustee the examination was adjourned to the 28th. ' Archibald Chisholm. — -Last examin&tion. Mr Matthews," for bankrupt, applied for discharge. There was no opposition, and discharge was granted.
